Honky Tonk Party Shop accepts returns on unworn, unwashed and undamaged items within 7 days of receiving the order. Failure to meet these criteria deems purchases non-refundable and will be denied.

All Repurposed items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the product(s), due to the items being one-of-a-kind.

Shoes, hats, body chains and belts can be returned for store credit only within 7 days of receiving the product(s).

All jewelry and accessories (excluding body chains and belts) are final sale.

Any Digital Products ARE FINAL SALE- no exceptions.

Original Shipping charges and Route Package Protection are non-refundable.

All sale items, promotional sales and discount codes more than 20%, accessories, and special orders or custom are final sale and NOT eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
