We are located at 1343 Lewis Street, Nashville, TN 37210. We are under Honk Tonk Party Express’ roof!
Please note that if you have placed an order for local pick up, you will pick up at our store!
Where is your shipping facility located?
Our orders are fulfilled and shipped out of the address above.
What are your customer service hours of operation?
Our customer service hours of operation are 9am-4pm, Monday-Friday. If you email us after 4pm on Friday, we will get back to you the following Monday. Our customer service team does not work on major holidays.
The item I want is sold out. What now?
If the item you are wanting to purchase is out of stock, you will see a tab that says 'Notify me when this product is available' and a place to enter in your email address. Enter the email address you would like to be notified with regarding restocks. Click 'send' and you're officially signed up!
When the item is restocked, you'll be sent an email with a direct link to purchase. (pretty cool, huh?) Often times, restocks sell out quickly. Once you receive your back in stock email, we recommend acting fast to ensure you get the product you have been waiting ever-so-patiently for.

How do I return my package?
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your reasoning for a refund along with your invoice or order information and we will reach back out to you on the next steps.

Can I pick up my package at the warehouse?
Yes! When you check out online you can opt for local pick up if you live in the Nashville area. Pick ups are Wednesday-Saturday from 9am-4pm, unless otherwise specified.
Will I be guaranteed an item if I get a back in stock email?
Our items sell out very quickly. There are many other customers getting the same purchase link email and racing to the checkout. Restocks sometimes can sell out within minutes. So act fast!
When I click on my tracking number, it doesn't do anything. Has my packaged shipped or not?
When our team is packing and shipping and order, they generate a label that goes on the outside of your box. Once they print your label, you are automatically generated a tracking number and it's sent via email. Your tracking number is accurate, but it will not show history until our mail carrier scans your package in at the post office. If you receive a shipment notification on Saturday or Sunday, that means our team is working over time and your package will ship the next business day. If after 24 hours your tracking number is still not active,contact email@example.com.
I am an international customer, am I responsible for duties + fees?
Yes. Please refer to your local state + countries import regulations & guidelines that pertain to your location.
Can I expedite my order?
You sure can! While placing your order, you will need to write in the "Notes" area of your order that your requesting expedited shipping. You will also need to email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify a representative that you are wanting expedited shipping.
Do you offer promo codes?
The best way to stay in the know about promotions would be to follow us on social media and sign up for emails. Our subscribers are the first to know about any promotions.
Do you offer military discounts?
We happily offer a 10% off military discount in-store only with valid I.D.
